This course is an intense 60 hours of training based on lectures, work assignments and practical hands on application. The primary focus of this course are the leadership skills, knowledge and techniques needed by any formal or informal leader tasked with successfully leading, organizing and managing; a SWAT Team, Raid/Warrant Team, Search/Rescue Team and/or a Containment Team.
